Run Traces

Inspect what the system actually did: inputs, providers, capabilities, events, sources, PageSpec state, timings, and failure paths.

• History is append-only in the application model.
• The prototype does not claim tamper-resistant or cryptographically immutable records.
• Runs and events remain inspectable in the visible workspace.
